Scott Mears has a broad background, having around 10 years of banking experience behind him, working for ANZ, Rabobank and Santander in their corporate and institutional departments mainly as an Analyst. He also worked for ANZ and BankWest in their retail units.
Additionally he has seven years teaching experience having taught English to speakers of other languages, in New Zealand and abroad.
