Having tested the short term rental model with several properties in our target area of Hamilton Central, we found the rentals could deliver a higher occupancy rate and rental revenue than the long term rental model for the properties. For example, one property is earning a net yield 20% above initial forecast at 6.9% per annum. This is higher than a typical long term rental net yield of 3.4% p.a. for our target area

Investors will collaborate with Aspire to buy a suitable property. Aspire will then manage the property applying the short term rental model which we expect will boost gross and net yields above the property's long term rental model.
